After connecting Apple Health on the Heads Up mobile app, the option to add Apple Health tiles on the Heads Up web app will be available.
How to connect Renpho to Apple Health?
Step 1: Install Renpho app
First install Renpho app from Apple Apps store.
Step 2 : Connect Renpho with Apple Health
Open the Apple Health app on your iPhone and press the user icon in the top right corner:
Find and press Apps:
From the drop down, find Renpho and press on it
Step 4: Choose your desired metrics
Toggle the desired switches to green to allow Renpho to write data to Apple Health:
Step 5: Grant access to Apple Health
On the lower mobile app menu, press ‘Add Source’ and then press ‘Apple Health’:
The Apple Health access rights window will open, toggle the switches for your desired data types to green and press Allow to allow Heads Up to source your data from the Apple Health app:
You will then see three messages: ‘Uploading… hang tight!’, press ‘OK’:
Step 6: Apple Health Connected
‘Apple Health Connected! Would you like to add some tiles to the dashboard?’ press ‘OK’, this will open the Add Tiles screen for all the synced Apple Health data types (see below). When everything is successfully synced you will see the message ‘Upload Complete!’ press ‘OK’.
How to add your Apple Health metrics to the Dashboard?
If for any reason you weren’t able to add your Apple Health tiles during the initial setup please read on.
The fastest way to get all of your Apple Health metric tiles onto the dashboard is to press ‘Add Source’, then press ‘Apple Health’ then press ‘Add Tiles’, you can then select which tiles you’d like to see on the dashboard and press ‘Add’. The dashboard will then open and all of your Apple Health tile(s) will appear in the last tile position.
Your Apple Health data will now show on the Heads Up dashboard.
How to connect Renpho Nutrition Scale to Apple Health with Gennec app?
1、Add the device “Smart Nutrition Scale”
2、After the device is added, tap it and then enter the “Nutrition Scale” homepage.
3、Click “What’s on the scale”to add a food and weigh the food, then click “Add to plate”.
4、Switch to the “Plate” homepage, click the “Confirm” button, then it will prompt to sync to Apple Health.
Change the settings synchronized with Apple Health
For iOS 13 and above versions
- Open the “Health” App on your iPhone, click the user image at the top right corner.
- Select Apps under Privacy and select Gennec.
- Enable the categories to allow the Gennec App to sync data to Apple Health.
- After choosing the categories, connection is finished.
For IOS 12 or lower version
- Open Apple Health
- Go to “Data Resource”
- Select “Gennec”from the sources list.
- Gennec will synchronize the following data with Apple Health once you connect. You can customize what you want to share using the switches on the right.
- After turn the categories on, connection is finished.
