Foldable and portable
The screen itself makes the best possible use of the real estate, with a slim black bezel that’s very stylish. Like most portable displays, the S1 has a collapsible, folding design. A built-in folding nylon panel performs dual functions. When you’re on the go, it folds forward over the screen, protecting the display from any damage. When it’s time to work, it folds backward under the screen, creating a simple A-frame stand.
Leather cover
This cover feels nice. The outside has a leather feel with a rubberized inner lining. This design does make sense. The rubber helps to prevent the actual monitor from skidding. It also helps cushion out the delicate screen. For the outside, I highly doubt the leather is real. However, the real stitching is a nice touch for faux leather.
Design
The Dragon Touch S1 Pro 4K portable monitor is about as compact as they come. It measures less than half an inch thick, with a 15.6-inch screen. This makes it very easy to slip into your laptop bag or carry-on bag. Moreover, it weighs just 22 ounces, so it doesn’t add a whole lot of extra weight. As a result, it’s an excellent choice for frequent flyers.
Connectivity
It sports a pair of USB Type-C inputs. One of these is for the power supply, but the other is for connecting your devices. This is the easiest way to connect most modern tablets and laptops. It’s also a viable method for many tablets and newer smartphones. If you have an older smartphone or tablet, you can use a Micro USB connection instead. Finally, you can use a Mini HDMI cable or DisplayPort to Mini HDMI adapter to connect to Mini HDMI. This makes it easy to connect game consoles, as well as some oddball PCs and laptops.
Screen
This 15.6-inch 4K UHD IPS monitor with FreeSync and HDR technology and a high refresh rate of 60Hz allows for wide viewing angles, breathtaking 4K Ultra HD (3840 x 2160) picture quality, and clear, smooth and excellent performance. Viewing angle

Mobile as keypad
It took some trial to figure out how to make the apps take up the full screen but I was just missing clicking on a pop up. Lol my phone turns into a mouse pad. You can double click out of the mouse pad to use your phone like normal and click back to make it a mouse pad at anytime. I’m super excited to have this for work.

Audio
The sound is well balanced, clear, and easy to understand. Conference calling, or just watching Netflix by yourself, you won’t need anything else. That said, the volume is very limited. If you’re playing audio for an audience, you’ll probably want a pair of external speakers.
Dragon Touch S1 Pro 4K portable monitor performance review
The most part, the colors are vibrant only if you do not use Night Shift or some other kind of blue light filter. When I turn Night Shift on, the colors immediately felt as if they were muted. These differences seemed more noticeable on the portable monitor as opposed to my MacBook Pro or Samsung 27″ monitor.
If you focus on the leeks in the dish or the subtitles, you’ll notice that the corners and edges are quite sharp. I haven’t detected any distortions. I was quite impressed with the overall clarity and picture quality.
Visually comparing the brightness of the Dragon Touch S1 against my Samsung monitor and MacBook Pro 15″, I dare say you’re not going to notice a huge difference. In terms of the absolute brightness, the portable monitor feels brighter than my MacBook Pro. Since I do have light sensitivity, I can immediately feel the strain on my eyes with brighter monitors. If I were to crank up the brightness on both the portable monitor and my MacBook Pro, the former is brighter.
