I bought the Kesnos PD253D for the finished portion of my basement in Georgia. The unfinished part of the basement was doing fine with its own unit. After installing the Kesnos, the florescent lights turned on with the first flicks of the switches. The difference was clear and immediately noticeable.I have the unit running in a bathroom. It is about as loud as a machine of this size should be. No surprise there. I have found it to be quite efficient. It gets the job done.That is, until it quit suddenly. But that was fixed quickly by a very competent and courteous customer service staff who got me up and running again. I highly recommend this product if you want a dehumidifier which does not take up a great deal of floor space.
