Excellent for feet and legs
I teach and Amon my feet most of the day. By night time I ache, my feet are puffy and yes I’m a bit heavy in weight than I should be which doesn’t help matters, but I had to do something to get a good nights sleep. Well I’ve had it for over a couple of weeks, I’ve only got to the setting of 32 but that good enough for me. I started with 12, then 24 and I’ve tried higher than 32, but for me at the moment is just right. Wow my ankles love it, my left foot which seemed to puff the most has been so much better. My ankles are still puffy but not as bad. I bought this for circulation and I do think it helps. But do as it says by drinking a glass of water first and I also drink a small glass after. Make sure you definitely put moisturiser on your feet before you start. It certainly helps it to work as it should. Obviously if you are feeling unwell or under a dr, you should check with them to make sure this is ok for you. I’m not a dr! But for me on my feet and sitting this certainly helps my feet and legs.
