This massage gun came out of the box charged and ready to go. It’s easy to use and has the power to work out big knots. I’ve been using it on my lower back and hamstrings to relieve tightness and pain in addition to regular stretching. The different massage heads are great for the different muscle groups. I’ve use the sphere attachment for my hamstrings and the spine attachment for my lower back. I’m very pleased with the performance and incorporating into my workout recovery routines.
