[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used this device a few times over the past week and found it really easy to use. It takes around three hours to charge but then lasts around a week if using it for 30 minutes a day. You can also use it plugged into the mains if you need to do so.
At first I found the EMS really uncomfortable. I suffer from restless leg syndrome, plus leg cramps and arthritis, and it felt just like the twitches I get from my rts. However, within a day or two I became used to it and was able to tolerate it more which enabled me to increase the intensity.
I have also tried the TENS function on my lower back and found it works well to help reduce pain. Having used TENS in the past, its great to have the option of a duel device. However, the duel function only works for the plug in, stick on patches and not the foot base.
It is early days to say for certain if there has been a change regarding circulation in my legs and ankles. I am hoping to notice a difference in a few weeks or months. As I also suffer with swollen ankles in hot weather, it will be interesting to see if this makes a difference in the summer.
