I actually bought this as a gift for my mom but ended up being a gift for my family. It has 5 levels of pressure, heat, and kneading. My mom has size 6 women’s feet and I have 11 1/2 men’s wide feet. Both our feet fit in even though my heel somewhat is right on the edge of it being out. Now my mom did try all 5 pressure levels and of course level 5 was just too much for my mom to handle. I was perfect at 3. One thing I love about it is that you can use it and fall asleep because it will automatically turn off by itself in exactly 15 minutes. The heat with the massage is a great add on which I prefer it being on than off. It’s extremely easy to use. The only downside for me is the cord length. It’s not long enough as I hope it would be. It’s around 3-4 feet. But that’s the only downside for me. I do recommend this product. So far it’s been great and we have used it quite a lot with no malfunctions.
