Had my baby using the TENS and it was brilliant. Labour began at home and progressed quite quickly, got to the hospital just in time. Got into delivery, and contractions were at an all time high. As labour progressed so fast pain relief was not an option, not that I looked for it but stuck the TENS on and it was a great distraction. I had mine on boost throughout the last 7cm of dilation and pushing which was all just 7 minutes. This was a great buy and I would recommend it highly. Just to make it clear it doesn’t take away the pain but from my experience using it, it’s having something to focus on and adjust to your own personal pain is what helped me. It relieved some pressure on my back which was amazing. Wish I had this for my first birth.
