DBPOWER Native 1080p WiFi projector upgrade 9500L review

Build

The DBPower Native 1080p Projector has a modern design and a black finish. It also comes with a remote control and an HDMI cable. The projection screen’s angle can be adjusted using the included stand. It also has an aluminium body, which makes it strong and long-lasting. This projector is extremely durable. This projector is built to last.

Design

With a similar lifespan, this projector has replaced the living room television. Easy to set up, nice colours and sharp images, a dust filter, and a bulb life of 100,000 hours. It measures 8.76.83.4 inches and weighs approximately 3.19 pounds (pounds).

Ports

If you need a small projector, the DBPower Native1080p is an excellent choice. It has a USB port, so you can connect it to your computer directly. A remote control and a power cord are also included. This projector is compatible with HDMI, VGA, and component cables. It can be used as a stand-alone device or connected to an HDTV via its HDMI cable.

Display

It makes use of LED lighting and LCD display technology. When compared to our expensive Epson unit, I am very impressed with the colour brightness and image clarity it produces. It was very clear and bright when we projected it on a 120″ screen.

Resolution

The DBPower Native Projector provides excellent performance at a low cost. It has a 1920 x 1200 native resolution and a brightness level of 9500 lumens. This projector will allow you to watch movies, play games, and do other things.

Contrast ratio

It has a high contrast ratio of 10000:1. With its high contrast ratio and wide colour gamut, this projector produces an impressive image. It can play 3D Blu-ray discs.

Adjustment

The innovative 4-point keystone correction, an upgraded 4d keystone correction, is the most notable feature of the RD828 1080p mini projector. The 4d keystone can only adjust in vertical or horizontal directions, whereas the 4p keystone can adjust all four corners of the image separately, making it more practical, convenient, and user-friendly. Using the zoom function, it is possible to reduce the image size to -50 percent without moving the projector. On top, there are also control buttons for power, return, OK, up, down, left, and right.

Audio

The audio is adequate in a pinch, but if you plan to use this device as the centrepiece of your media hub, you’ll want to use the AV out or separate the audio; an RCA to 3.5mm cable is included.

Setup & screen mirroring

As the DBPOWER RD828 supports Wi-Fi, you can connect your Android or iOS device to the projector wirelessly.

To do so, connect to the same Wi-Fi network as your phone and then go to iOS cast or Miracast.

The next step is to open screen mirroring on your phone. Simply select DBPower, and a smartphone screen will appear on the wall.

DBPOWER Native 1080p WiFi projector upgrade 9500L Customer review

Perfect projector for a basement!!!!

Totally liked this projector. Having used other projectors, this has been one of the pleasant experiences. Noise level: Since I have my home theatre setup in my basement, I sure didnt want a noisy projector, and this one was one super quiet one. Picture quality & projection: The picture quality is wonderful. I projected it to 150-165 inches screen (my wall size) and the picture quality was still coherent. Although I am a fan of 4K, this comes with 1080p and I didnt feel I missed any especially I dont like to compromise on picture quality. So happy with this purchase. Configuration: Easily configurable configuration settings. Keystone setting is a delight when you try it. It comes with a well explained manual but configurations were so self-explanatory that I did not have to use the manual much. Compatibility- I connected my Fire-stick to it and casting videos was so easy. Wi-Fi: Wi-fi connectivity is good & easy. Overall, I felt its worth more than its cost. I sure would recommend this to buy. Great for home theatre settings. I set it up with my tripod stand. I also tried ceiling mount and projector had necessary provisions too.
