FANGOR Native 1080p Full HD WiFi/Bluetooth projector review

Design

It is square shaped, compact and black in design. Measuring ‎14.29 x 13.23 x 6.46 inches dimension, it weighs only 806 pounds. It comes with lot of I/O inputs.

Connectors

The projector is equipped with both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, USB, HDMI and a media card reader. You can connect it to a wide variety of sources that include your phone, tablet or laptop and media streamers like an Amazon Fire TV Stick or Roku device. It also has built-in speakers, so you don’t have to hook it up to external speakers when taking it on the road.

Display size

It gives a larger size of screen from the same distance that the projector that I had before! This projector well fit my living room with more than 8 meters distance.  The size of the projected image makes it super immersive. The picture quality is amazing on 100 inch screen.

Brightness

I chose this one since it had the highest Lumen rating and other higher specs compared to others just slightly cheaper. the brightness of this projector at 7500 Lumens stand out.

The camera is very clear, the colors can be clearly seen, the video stream is very smooth, the image is clear, sharp, and the sound is very good. You can use Wi-Fi to connect it to a Bluetooth device, and the operation is very simple.

Resolution

I was amazed at how sharp and excellent the image looks. It produces Native 1080p resolution. Color reproduction is sharp. Even in a well-lit room, it is very clear on a white canvas.

Contrast Ratio

The reason I chose this Fangor is mainly because it has 7500 bright lumens and 8000 : 1 sharp shrinkage ratio. The brightness and contrast are decent.

Audio

There are 2 ways you can connect it to (in my case) a quite powerful sound bar and it is via Bluetooth or via AUX cable. The Bluetooth has a very slight lag between video and audio.

Control

The amazing feature of the digital zoom in or out allows you to shrink or widen the boarders of projection basically down to the order of inches, it is remarkable. The remote control is super handy even if at times you really have to point it at but it is a minor problem.

Apps

These little wonders make it possible to watch a movie while camping, or have a big-screen movie experience in your backyard — all without having to lug a big TV. They run on batteries, are about the size of a large Bluetooth speaker and most can stream Netflix, Hulu, Disney Plus, Amazon Prime Video and other streaming services without having to add another device.

Setup

Setup is easy. I screen mirrored my iPhone in a matter of minutes and also streamed Netflix and Disney Plus using a Roku Streaking Stick (which you’ll need to get separately in order to satisfy any copyright issues). The internal speaker is good though if you’re outdoors, you’ll probably want an external speaker for louder sound.

VANKYO Performance V610 Native 1080P LED Projector

When you have a little extra cash on hand and want an even higher quality projector, you can’t go wrong with the Performance V610 Native 1080P LED Projector also by VANKYO. Unlike the previous projector we just reviewed, this product actually has a native 1080p display to provide you with the highest quality playback possible.

In terms of your screen size, this is a perfect projector if you plan on hosting larger parties. The screen size ranges between 45” and 200”, which is about 17’ and 3’ larger than the projector we just reviewed. What’s even more impressive is the 40-degree keystone correction, meaning you’ll never have to worry about a skewed or misaligned screen, no matter where your projector is resting.

This projector takes all the great qualities of the previous item and steps it up a notch. You’ll be pleased by the 5000:1 contrast ratio, which gives a much more vivid viewing experience and clearer colors when watching your favorite films. Plus, it offers an astounding 6000 LUX, providing an incredible brightness that allows for outdoor viewing nearly 24/7.

And, you definitely won’t be disappointed by just how much you can personalize this system. First off, you can raise and lower the footpads to adjust the height and position of the screen. You can also adjust the focus wheel to boost the clarity of playback for your TV shows. But, what’s even more notable is the fact that it comes with 2 HDMI and 2 USB ports, so you can leave just about all of your favorite devices connected at once

Most projectors have some type of speaker system, but they tend to be weak and overpowered by the sound of the projector’s fan. What we like about this projector is that it offers dual 5W speakers for optimal playback and improved viewing experience. What’s even better is that this system uses three different fans to keep the system from overheating while also reducing the fan noise by up to 40%.

.Pros:

  • Comes with a 3-year warranty
  • 50,000 hours of lamp life
  • Offers an impressive 5000:1 contrast ratio for unbeatable color
  • Superior brightness at 6000 LUX
  • Supports a 1080p screen size up to 200” (about 17’)
  • Offers 2 HDMI and 2 USB ports for greater versatility

Cons:

  • Might take a little time to adjust the settings to your needs

ViewSonic M2

the Anker above but it has one thing in its favor: more pixels. With 1080p resolution, compared to the Anker’s 720p, you’re less-likely to see pixel structure or a “screen door effect” when watching from close-up or with a really big image screen size. In most cases 720p is just fine, however, and the Anker’s picture is as good or better in many ways.

The Viewsonic is a bigger video projector than the others on this list and lacks a built-in battery, so you’ll need to supply your own USB-C battery pack if you want to make it truly portable. It also doesn’t have a handle and the speakers are worse than the Anker. Even so, if you want 1080p and portability, this is a good choice.
