How long should I use?

It may be used for 30 minutes up to twice a day—and the unit automatically powers off after the allotted time. Wireless to use on the move. Very easy to use, very clear step by step instructions and intuitive in use. Right out of the box it has a rechargeable battery with docking station. Plug it in and charge it up. The strap is very comfortable and has velcro for adjustability. One preset mode with 20 intensity levels easy push button to increase or decrease. The pads also last for up to 30 uses. When you are done using it has a nice fabric case to keep everything in.
