There’s a lot more to learn about this DVR than the book explains and customer support has been great over WEEKS with me getting used to it. I sent about 20 letters ; each and every time they responded quickly. Do take note that the motion sensitivity setting is ONE for the MOST sensitive and not six. That’s in the book if you look CLOSELY. I am very pleased with my purchase. I currently have 7 cameras with 3 different brands running and all is running fine. Take note, make sure you don’t use a 12 volt power supply for camera unless its a 1 or more amperage. Under 1 amp will give bad picture and charger will be too warm for my liking.
