Great Cleaner
I have 3 long haired dogs and a long haired cat. One of my dogs is a puppy and loves to dig and play in mud. She constantly bringing in lots of dirt. Therefore, I have to clean the carpets on a regular basis. I previously had a Bissel which always left lots of clumps of dog hair on the carpet. Then after 4 months, it began dispensing the dirty water back onto the carpet. Instead of fighting with warranty claims and shipping it out, I went and bought this Hoover (which I should have bought originally). I loved how it cleaned the carpets. This machine is light weight and not bulky and is perfect for my small hallway. The amount of dirt and dog hair it pulled was insane. I do have to empty the dirty water container several times, but I think that doesn’t really bother me. I want results of clean carpet and this machine does that. I haven’t used the upholstery attachments yet, so I cannot comment on those. The carpet dries pretty quickly which is a huge plus with animals, especially with a senior dog who sleeps in one of two places. I am overall very pleased with this machine’s performance. I like how the carpet feels after is cleaned.
