Design
Bissell 3070 PowerGlide Pet Slim is a relatively lightweight unit weighing 9.25 pounds (~4.2 kg) in the stick vacuum cleaner configuration. Unit is rated at 4.2 Amps and it provides plenty of suction over its 10 inches (25.4 cm) wide cleaning path.
The Bissell PowerGlide 3070 is a super-slim upright that’s designed to tackle more than just surface debris. The PowerGlide can be converted into a handheld unit, which you can use to remove dust and cobwebs from above-ground surfaces, such as curtains, bookshelves, upholstery, and auto interior.
It comes with a TurboBrush Tool that extracts debris from fabric surfaces, a crevice tool to remove crumbs from between cushions, and a dusting brush for cleaning vents. They also connect to the long neck to give you a longer cleaning range.
Cord length
It comes with 30 feet (~9.1 m) long power cord, ensuring long cleaning reach, especially when combined with the cleaning wand, which allows the users to clean surfaces from the floor to the ceiling. It doesn’t feature an automatic power cord rewind system – the power cord is manually wrapped around the cord wrap hooks on the unit’s side.
Headlights
The main cleaner head features a very slim profile, helping the user clean under most sofas, beds, under and around the furniture, and similar. However, the main cleaner head doesn’t come with LED headlights, which can be very helpful in spotting dirt and for vacuuming in low light conditions.

Filter

The foam filter is washable with warm water—just make sure you dry it thoroughly before reinstalling it into the PowerGlide.
Dirt cup
The dirt cup is transparent and features a maximum capacity of 0.5 liters, which is enough for most cleaning tasks, but it could be larger. The dirt cup can be easily emptied directly into the trashcan, without the user ever touching dirt.
Swivel Steering
This tool twists and turns around obstacles with the slightest touch, so you’ll have less prepping to do before every vacuuming session. A cleaning wand can be quickly detached from the unit, allowing the user to convert the vacuum into the handheld unit very quickly.
