Part worked well. Since I took unit apart to replace heater and other parts I knew how to take machine apart. Best advice I can give is that once you have the base and back apart REMOVE the Right wheel. it makes feeding the tube so much easier. Took about 30 min to do it all once I realized the tube feeds into the wheel and that I could easily remove the C ring and get to the area it feeds.

Bissell 2037649 Carpet Cleaner Base Nozzle
This part item fits and has been cleaning my carpets after dog accidents and holding up quite well. Definitely recommend it considering buying a new Bissel is 10 times more expensive. Note that to replace the nozzle and the side brushes, all you have to do is to take 5 screws off and then putting back 5 screws. I was really glad to see that they had the screws in the shipment so you do not have to even keep those old rusty screws.

It works tons better than the standard head. Makes sense to inject the cleaning solution underneath the mess and suck it up. Works great even when the mess has partially dried. The only complaint I have is that there are a couple of places inside of the head where the dog hair accumulates and I can’t figure out how to clean it up without disassembling the head. Definitely worth the purchase.
