Build

Design
The size of the charger is 8″ wide by 13″ tall by 3″ deep. The cord that plugs into your car is about 20′ long. A good-looking wall charger with decent metrics and a 15mm thick, durable cable. The physical on-off button is a plus to save a few watts of power when not in use. The plug cover is a soft material and easy to put on.
Cable
It comes with 25 ft long cable. It can be plugged into any 14-50 outlet. It is a good solution for drivers that live in apartment buildings, condos or with circuits that are limited to 32 amps.
LED Screen
This EVSE does have a bright color display panel showing charge progress which is handy. The display shows the charge in progress, how many kwh have been used and how long it has been charging which is plenty of information.
You can see the state of charge, including current, voltage and temperature. Intelligent Chip Automatically repairing minor charging problems while charging. The error will be displayed directly on the display and will show normal charging after the error is fixed
Charge speed
When I plugged it into my 2017 Chevy bolt, it connected very fast to the car. It went straight up to the maximum amount 7kwh. 32 Amps of power (7.68kW) is perfect for plug-in electric vehicles. Installation
I took it out of the box. The Lefanev EV charging station is particularly easy to install since it comes with a metal wall bracket. Attach the bracket to the wall, put the charger on the bracke. plugged it into the 220V outlet in the garage, plugged it into the car and after pushing the start button it started charging. The other charge station could go to 40amps, this one only 32, but frankly my car never drew more than 32 so it is fine.

I bought a new electric vehicle this year and put in this chargepoint – I got the wired edition and had an electrician install it for $600 additional (there was some panel re-arrangement and a 4′ conduit run involved). The device is high-quality construction and the installation information was clear for the electrician it went in with no issues. The software is useful and tells you your energy usage in KWH and $ given your local electric company rates. You have options for immediate or delayed charge so you can get electricity at the cheapest rates by charging late night. The most surprising thing is how convenient having the wall storage is for keeping the cord neat and how quickly I can plug in my car daily with the cable in a known location. (opposed to getting the cable out of the trunk). Level 2 wired charger does a complete charge from zero of my car in about 4 hours opposed to 9 hours for the regular cable.
