How to assemble and operate Overmat Industries B.V. 17600 Floorboy XL-300?

Step 1 – Open the box. Take out the carton.

Step 2 – Press both sides of screw box inwards and pull it out. Unload control handle and install screw. Align the mounting hole of control handle with the mounting hole of chassis. Install the screw and tighten the nut.

Step 3 – Put screw box into chassis. Take out machine from the box. Now, the machine could be used after install pad holder or brush.

Step 4 – Install pad holder or brush. Keep pad holder or brush flat on the floor, take hold of base moulding and lift machine with both hands, align brush holder pad with pad holder or brush, push base moulding hard, make pad holder or brush level and place it properly.

Step 5 – The assembly is completed now.

Step 6 – Remove pad holder or brush. Lay the machine on its back with the handle lying on the floor. Turn over base moulding backward and shown pad holder or brush, remove pad holder or brush on the brush holder pad.

Step 7 – Put the handle back to vertical position to lock it by the footpedal.

Step 8 – Tighten the handle and make the two wheels drop to the ground than you can push or pull the machine to move.

Step 9 – Release the handle by pressing on the pedal, and start to work.

Keep the machine clean, remove brushes after use, and clean it with wet wiper. When pad, pad holder or brush are worn out, replace it.
