I used a TENS machine for the birth of my first son that was not specifically designed for child birth and then for my second son I bought the MamaTENS and it was so much better. I also ended up using it during the week before I gave birth for cramping/pregnancy pain. I had a lot of back pain leading up to my pregnancy and wished I had used it sooner because it helped relieve so much pain/uncomfortableness of being so pregnant.
